Members are responsible for registering directly with the relevant cricket association's platform. The Club does not transmit or share member data with the association or any other third party.

Personal information will only be used for the purposes for which it was collected, or for a directly related purpose that a member would reasonably expect. The Club will not use personal information for marketing, commercial, or any other unrelated purpose without consent.
Disclosure to Third Parties
The Club does not disclose personal information to third parties except where:

Photos and Videos

Members who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should notify the Club in writing. The Club will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
Access and Correction
Members have the right to request access to their personal information held by the Club, and to request corrections where the information is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Requests should be directed to the Club Secretary. The Club will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
Any member who believes their personal information has been handled in a manner inconsistent with this policy may lodge a complaint with the Club Secretary. The Club will investigate and respond within 30 days.
If the matter is not resolved to the member's satisfaction, they may escalate the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually by the Club committee or following any significant change in the Club's data handling practices.
